Today students had the opportunity to listen to a storyteller and musician sing songs from Africa and tell a Anansi story. The students really enjoyed the performance and it was a great way for them to experience music from another culture as well as enjoy and learn about different instruments. April Armstrong from AEA SAG came and sang and performed a story. This helped the students to see how stories can not only be read but acted out as well. Here are photos from the show~!
