Families, as you know we have been observing caterpillars and the process they go through to become a butterfly. Well they have finally changed into butterflies. We will be letting them go within the next couple of days.
We have finished learning all the letters of the alphabet and it is important that you work with your child not only the strokes but the sounds themselves. Some things you can do at home are to have your child draw pictures and then sound out the words to label them. Also you can practice segmentation as c-a-t cat.
In math we are still working on shapes. Remember Friday there is no school for prek students only. Have a wonderful week.
